Pricing is adjusted based on square footage of home, animals, personal requirements etc..

We recommend an in-home visit so that we can go through your home together and evaluate all of your cleaning needs. Together we will establish a fair and agreed upon flat rate before booking the first appointment.  

 

 

Office Cleaning

We charge a competitive and fair flat rate so there are no hidden expenses or surprises. 

Pricing is adjusted based on square footage of office, number of bathrooms and specific requirements. 

You will be provided with a detailed quote and scope of work prior to initial cleaning. 

 

Move In & Out Cleaning

Move in and out cleaning services are priced  based on square footage of home and condition of home. 
Pricing is quoted and agreed upon at a competitive and fair flat rate with no hidden expenses.
